I then try to get the Control Gauge working to show the input of my Wheel/Pedals but they again do not respond. I go back into the options menu and make sure that everything is selected and that I didn’t do some kind of “exit without saving” thing. I then go to navigate the menus (to go and start my first stage) using the D-Pad and buttons on my wheel but find that I cannot navigate the menus. I go into the Controls panel in the options and click the drop down box to select my input device my options are: Keyboard, Controller, Thrustmaster TX. So I launch the game and the first thing I do is go to the audio settings because everything is way too loud for my Windows volume, I then quickly set all the graphics settings to Very High I also change my gameplay settings around this time, removing all HUD elements and turning damage to Hardcore (sorry for the boring bits but I just want to make sure all the info is out there in case it helps any of you guys or the devs). I had my wheel plugged in and turned on as I launched the game as I normally would for any other game I play. I installed the Demo yesterday at 6pm BST when the Steam Fest went live and the game was done at some time a little before 7pm BST I believe. So, to start I am using a Thrustmaster TX Leather (I also have the Ferrari F1 wheel but that’s not relevant here and I have not tried it for the demo, but I’ll try give every detail anyway) with the pedals that come with it (forgive me for not remembering the exact model name) and a TH8A shifter in sequential mode.įirst up, the basics of the problem and what happened exactly: I’ll try give you the most in depth breakdown of what’s going on for that me I can.
